At Shiraz, we want your jewellery to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

Where We Deliver

We deliver all over Egypt — from Cairo and Alexandria to every governorate. Wherever you are, we'll get your Shiraz piece to you.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
  • Days off: Fridays and Saturdays are excluded from delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sale events, and new collection drops. We'll always do our best to keep you informed if there's a delay.

How We Deliver

We deliver directly to your doorstep through our trusted shipping partners across Egypt. Our couriers will contact you before delivery to confirm your address and preferred time.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees may vary based on your location and order weight; the final amount will always be shown to you before you complete your purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
  • Instapay — pay with Instapay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message as soon as your order has been placed.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays & Missed Deliveries

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or high-demand periods. If this happens:

  • Our courier will contact you to reschedule.
  • If our courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order will be returned to us, and we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Shiraz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately via Instagram DM (@shiraz_mena) or email and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

At the moment, Shiraz ships within Egypt only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — follow us on @shiraz_mena to be the first to know.

Received a Damaged Package?

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.
