Our Story

Rooted in Persian heritage. Made by hand in Egypt.

Every Shiraz piece is a small love letter — to a city, a craft, and a woman who wears her story.

The Founder

Sonia Shirazi

I grew up between two worlds — the gardens of Shiraz that filled my grandmother's stories, and the sun-baked streets of Cairo I now call home. Shiraz was born from a longing: to hold, and wear, something that carries the beauty of both.

I wanted to make jewelry that a woman reaches for on a Tuesday morning, not just on the day she's told to feel special. Pieces that outlive trends and quietly become part of who she is.

The Inspiration

A city of gardens, poetry, and light.

Shiraz is the ancient capital of the Persian arts — a city of walled gardens, mirrored ceilings, and colors that seem to breathe. For centuries, its craftsmen have shaped stone, glass, and metal with a patience the modern world has forgotten.

Our collections borrow from Shiraz's tile patterns, its citrus-groved courtyards, and the deep reds of its Persian rugs. Every silhouette carries a whisper of the city that named us.

The Craft

Made slowly, by hand, in Cairo.

Every Shiraz piece is made in a small workshop in Cairo — not a factory line, but a table of craftsmen who know each design by touch. Each pair of earrings is soldered, filed, and polished by the same set of hands from beginning to end.

We keep our production small on purpose. Small enough that no piece leaves the workshop without being loved.

Thank you for being part of the story.
